Although the colors seem somewhat reduced to the contrasting red and green, the composition is alive with movement. The slender grass blades and stems painted in varying shades of yellow-green and chartreuse creating rhythmic vertical lines and the poppies appearing to flutter in an imagined breeze- thus capturing the vibrant life of flowers.

Where Memories Bloom

In fields of childhood summers

Red poppies blazed through tangled grass

Each petal holds a whispered name

Of laughter lost and seasons passed

Yet beauty burns with untamed flame.
