Artwork title : old oak
In the middle of the silver void, the hollow stump of an old oak rises up - a black memorial to past greatness. The tree, once burnt down by an unknown hand, now stands like a silent witness to the destruction. Its charred trunk opens up into an opening reminiscent of a giant eye - watchful, vulnerable and at the same time unshakeable. The soot-blackened wood is covered in fungi and fine weaves, as if trying to bring life back. Between ashes and hope, a brutal battle is taking place: destruction against rebellion, death against new life. The oak has lost - and yet it still stands. A symbol of not giving up.
