Reconvene is the fourth painting of a series that includes 'The Mending'. Using a similar color pallete of mostly prussian blue, yellow ochre, naples yellow and cadmium red this piece differs as it is landscape form. The process includes breaking down the the spaces of the canvas until a desired composition is reached. If something doesn't feel right there is no hesitation to paint over until the goal is met. A figure also present in the piece invites the viewer in as almost as if they'd like you to take a seat next to them.
